Yes, the AC/DC song immediately came to mind when I started to write this blog. A masquerade wedding is the perfect fit for any time of year, but especially cool if your wedding is around the fun party-holidays  – think Mardi Gras, Halloween, or New Year’s Eve – or if your guests are all about dressing up and having fun. It’s a great universal theme that can be incorporated to fit just about any venue – indoor, outdoor, old and spooky, new and shiny, grandiose, or minimal. So when you’re searching for your perfect venue, in the deep recesses of your bridal brain pay attention to the venue itself as many provide the perfect backdrop with minimal decor needed on your end, which can save you a good amount of spend you can spend elsewhere like getting that dream dress, extravagant centerpieces, or the perfect cake.

That’s one of the reasons Belle Grove Plantation Bed & Breakfast was chosen for this shoot. It’s so beautifully decorated itself that no other decor was needed other than the basic event necessities (candy bar, cake table, food buffet, and reception seating). Plus, as a Bed & Breakfast, you can come back every year to celebrate your anniversary! Or come back whenever you want to take part of their amazing events scheduled throughout the year – wine tours, tea times, civil war weekends, ghost hunting, or romantic weekends. Keep up wih them on Facebook or check their calendar page to stay up-to-date with all the fun they have planned.

But back to the fun at hand… there is so much drool-worthiness from this shoot!
